Project Team & Resourcing
Insulator provides a well-structured and highly capable project team, supported by the scale and depth of our national workforce. Each project is led by experienced Project Managers responsible for programme delivery, coordination, and client interface, supported by Install Team Leaders and certified installers to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship.
With a team of over 50 dedicated insulation specialists, we have the capacity to resource projects appropriately and scale to meet programme demands. This is reinforced by dedicated site management overseeing supervision, QA, and H&S, alongside in-house estimating and quantity surveying for accurate take-offs and NZBC H1 calculations, and a finance team managing invoicing and payment claims.
Clients are introduced to the full team pre-start, with continuity maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
