Warranties & Installation
Insulator Limited warrants that the insulation products supplied and installed will be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation specifications; the relevant NZ Building Code requirements, including H1 efficiency; and industry best practice at the time of installation.
This warranty applies for the period stated in the manufacturer’s warranty for the supplied product, beginning on the date of installation. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and any subsequent building owners for the remaining term of the product warranty.
A warranty is provided in addition to rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Insurance
Insulator holds comprehensive public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. The Insurance documents are available on request.
Our installers are fully trained and assessed as competent to install insulation in accordance with NZS4246 standards.
We are proud to contribute to their continued growth and professional development by supporting them through IAONZ Installer Training and the NZQA Micro-Credential for Insulation Installers offered through BCITO.
Our installers have been police screened, and we have experience working in high-security and sensitive environments.
